It is good news in that finally the Court has ruled on which Party is to receive the Anchor Litigation Proceeds - JPM.

There is nothing in the Opinion that states JPM is obligated to ratify the LTW Holders' Agreement with WMI - and pay out 85 % of the Anchor Award.

If you recall - JPM signed a Global Settlement Agreement with WMI which transferred the Anchor Litigation to JPM free and clear of all liens, interests etc. of the LTW Holders.

We will have to sue JPM if JPM does not ratify the LTW Agreements - as the new Successor to WMI - and that may be just too much costs to do so.
