It is bigger than the property. It is another footprint for the company and the sector. TWYNS will brand across state lines and Feds won't mess with Indian lands. This company is creating a lucrative framework of places to grow, product to brand and dispensaries to sell to. I can see 50 cents if a property is closed and one is discussed to close in the second quarter. It just makes sense to me. I'm not a seasoned savvy trader or investor, yet...
