Greed, This all boils down to greed...

Uh the virtues of investing in those wells you are invested in. Come now....investing is trying to make more money, which is greed or improving your lot in life. How could you point the finger at anyone else?

BS! What don't you understand when it comes to the pooling orders and LOSING everything? You make the above statement without arguing the facts? Why was it unethical to get investors together to keep assets in Superiors hands? If he had let it happen, then you might have a case....if he profited from loss of the lease in some way. This is ludicrous talk.

because surely SE knows that in order for SIOR to prosper, the 14% Working Interest (56% of possible revenues) needs to be in the name of SIOR not some rich PA Investors...

What don't you understand about No risk to Superior? The money always commands. If you don't know this......

Look in order for Superior to prosper....you have to FIRST maintain the asset. So the question isn't whether SE knows what he is talking about.
