I am very honest person and I didn't believe any e-mails from people. So, I just posted to Parkin myself just to see if I will get any response and it is incredible I just got e-mail from him:

The filings were made today and should be out .

There are many bashers with one goal in mind---to lower the price and buy
shares at a cheap price. Why would someone who owns shares go on a Board
and encourage people to sell off their stock.
