Isn't that exactly the point...it would help convert those new SB-2 shares at a higher premium...am i the only one here that gets that...fewer shares need to be sold...less dilution, and less free shares out there to flip forever and ever???

Sorry to say it, but this is the worst dud of a roll-out i have ever seen....the company should put out an announcement every month....and update on completion of the previous months rollout...why give the shares away for nothing.
