Imo the stock dropped to .005 mainly because people were scared the company would run out of money and not continue with the evac, this news on more shares being issued takes care of that concern. Although news of more shares being issued is bad news on the surface, its good news to keep things running and hopefully get the evac passed, onwards to proving flights, lets see what happens...
