The Wine
Currently, Ikal Lodge and Winery produce and distribut the Ikal and Ikal 1150 brand wines. Ikal produces Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Malbec and others. The wine even though was first launched in 2007 has already accumulated such prestigious awards and recognitions such as 91 out of 100 points from the “Guia Peñin”, Spain, Critics Gold Award en “2008 International Critics Challenge wine Competition”, in San Diego, California were it competed against 1700 wines, 88 points in “Wine Enthusiast 2009? amongst many others.

Project
In between breathtaking vineyards, just miles from foot of the most amazing snowed Andes Mountain Range, we propose a once in a lifetime wine-based vacation and destination get away. This 75-hectate project consists of a 25-master suite luxury hotel, a winery and 29 luxury villas that will be sold under fractional ownership. Each guest will be the experience of producing their own wine, with their own label, vintage and type of wine. Currently, the project has 50 hectares of wine producing land, and has been selling its Ikal Wine US, Spain and Mexico since 2009.

Financial Forecast
Total sale of villas under fractional ownership scheme is forecasted to generate approximately $95 million in revenue, with a 45% EBITDA in about 4 years. Additionally, once stabilized, the hotel is forecasted to generate about $2.5 million in annual revenue, with approximately $1 million in EBITDA. Wine sales at winery and export is expected to generate approximately $8 million in annual revenue with about $2 million in EBITDA.

Location
Ikal Lodge & Winery is a 75-hectare property located in The Uco Valley, Mendoza.
It is a privileged location, just kilometers from some of the world’s most recognized wine makers. (Rothschild, Sallentein, Sophenia, Andeluna, Reina Rutini, Lurton, Clos de los Siete, Monteviejo, Rolland among many others). This area is well-known as the “Golden Mile” of wine makers in Mendoza.

The Hotel
It will be a 25-master suites luxury hotel with a world-class restaurant, wine and cigar bar, library, underground wine cellar, large rooms for events, wine tasting room and all sitting on 50 hectares of wine producing land.

The Villas
Ikal will develop 29 luxury villas that will be sold under fractional ownership. Guest will enjoy the experience of making their own private label wine, along with some of the best wine makers in Argentina. A truly unique experience, in a hospitality sector that is exploding. Total real estate sales are forecasted to be approximately $95 million with about $40 million in EBITDA in about 3-4 years of development and sales.

The Winery
The project consists of the construction of a winery with production capacity of 200,000 liters annually. This will serve to increase our current wine production. Once in full production, the Winery is expected to generate approximately $8 million in annual revenue, with approximately $2 million in EBITDA.

The results from the 10Q it appears they are heading in this direction of their forecast. Acquired in late Jan and already producing revenue.
