Naturally these scammers running CBIS are past due on its financial disclosures. The crew running CBIS can't even update its IHub page. How can you expect CBIS management to do anything tangible when they can't even handle the basics? All CBIS can do is write PR's about products or services that are phony. Researching the company share structure and it doesn't appear that all the shares of the company are accounted for. Don't know if CBIS is selling unregistered securities or what but the numbers I've been crunching aren't checking out. The share counts aren't adding up, and I think the SEC should suspend CBIS until the CBIS management and Securities Transfer Corporation can account for all CBIS securities. Something is starting to reek bad at CBIS. What's going on Mr. Kane????? Waiting for the SEC filing for answers.
