Scoob- they never intended to allow the shareholders to vote down the increased A/S. That's why they gave him 2billion votes with those preferred shares. It doesn't matter how many shares they want to increase the A/S by, they will do it with or without the retail shareholder. So it doesn't matter whether we were opposed or not. I guess they just went up to the 10bill number so that they can have as much flexibility as possible for future money raising. My question is: if they are profitable in all business units, why would they need the money? It better be for a boffo acquisition, or they/we are in trouble.
