These past filings being updated, how long do you imagine it'll be before a new CEO is appointed, PR'd and filed. I can't imagine Labarre continuing as CEO, for this to have forward looking credibility. An updated photo of new CEO to this board would go a long way in attracting investor confidence.. Short of a new ticker symbol, BTDG BOD's should scrub Labarre or any reference of him ASAP or allowed under SEC rules. After all, having a crook displayed while transformation to current status isn't good publicity.
