Reading the report has anyone ever added the amount of shares to Fenway and Lovito and others? I included the 300,000,000 conversion, and is 3.6 billion shares. So really is Mike dumping? Not really we are not seeing a penny, would like to know when we are going to be done with them, been a cash cow for BS debt they gave themselves.

My other concern is Jan 2014 transaction is that 2015 since it comes after the Oct 2014 statement what year is it so does it continue?

Where do we stand on the $225,000 settlement, even selling the 220,000,000 at .0003 still nets $67k. The 300m at .0005 still $150k.

Are all these BS consulting and employment agreements done, they should be sued for egregious payments. Any more agreements out there?

All of this money could have purchased some world class facilities for this company even if management stumbled.

Just some thoughts.
