Good to know why REVO has failed to file both a 10K and a 10Q since 1 April 2015. Explained in the below gibberish from the most recent notice of late filing.

Such delays are primarily due to Registrant’s management’s dedication of such management's time to business matters.


Can anyone translate the above double talk to understandable English?

Cosmic nonsense.

P.S. - In case your were not aware, timely filing of required SEC reports is a business matter. Duh!
