Are you saying it was never publicly up for sale? On another board a guy claiming to have a real estate connection said the property was sold and off the market. That board isn't usually as "full of it" as this one. Looking at his earlier posts he seemed like a real guy, not a pumper or basher. I didn't have time to investigate properly, but I didn't see the building listed on any website - thought I had before, but if it was never listed... Saw someone here mention the deal was done - thought it might be related.

Maybe one of the sleuths on this board could investigate. I know not to believe everything, but I'd like to believe this one....
