Yip, that's why NONE of his tickers can get moving...basically three issues:
- No buyers, too many got burnt by ALL the DILUTION
- Overhang too heavy, TOXIC shares all over the place looking to cash out at the first sign of a BID, and
- Complete lack of trust in the market

Clever CEO's are realizing that in a low volume market, DILUTION needs to be at an ABSOLUTE MINIMUM, but not Eddie!
