Don't Be Mad at ERBB
ERBB is merely a reflection of AG, more so a projection. Stocks are forward looking, as in the pps indicates near and long term expectations of the company. Right now, the prospects for AG are as gloomy for investors a the red sky in the morning is for a sailor.

Without enough revenues to cover operations, a short term prospect for ERBB is the very real possibility of maxing out the available share count which would inevitably lead to 3 outcomes; issue more shares, reverse split, insolvency. None of these are desirable outcomes but may be the only solutions to AG's need for capital. Beyond that very serious issue, AG has been completely unable to develop and bring to market several key components of their operation. This goes hand in hand with the lack of revenue.

I'm not mad at ERBB since it is priced where it should be after 12 months of management's failures to deliver. AG has had more than a year to establish their wares and the company has done nothing but stumble, so it's the company I am "mad" at, not the stock. If AG had in operation today even 10% of Shearin's 1000-1500 machine projection, I think ERBB would be in a very different place.
