They are operating as a not for profit in CA and their only business is in CA so they are a not for profit so whatever they do in CA is irrelevant as TRTC can not profit from it. They also do not have operations in any other state. Who cares how many dispensaries it is in in CA as non of the profits (which there weren't any in Q1 but rather a loss) go to TRTC anyway.
