I think there is some big opportunity in the specialized retail shops. I think they should also consider expanding them to make them more like head shops and not just vape shops. They could be the home depot of all types of smoking supplies and expand across the country. I agree, manufacturing and retail distribution is just too hard for them to compete.

Perhaps they can kick start the business and stock by acquiring a chain of head shops in Colorado or California...
