Anyone having been around for some time has the same observations and questions.

As for the "Why", as I often said, I suspect it is because a few years ago Matin made (and kept secret) move(s) which he tought he could rapidly correct before getting caught.

The correction he wasn't able to made but he kept defining our financials as if it had been made.

I suspect he now is adapting the claim financials to gradually get them to be what they should be when the "error" gets accounted for.

My guess is that our shares are effectively undervalued but not as much as Matin would have like people to beleive it. The reason he uses them to finance acquisitions is probably that he has nothing else to offer, trying to create a context where the error can be burried with minimal damage.

Who knows?
