Okay. Gather round and listen closely...

It occurred to me this past weekend that on this board, we know of Steven and we know of David, but we have a limited understanding of the additional players on the NSAV team.

Steven has put out solid press releases and David does quite well as the IR contact, but there seems to be some murkiness, at least in the eyes of some surrounding the acquisition.

That’s partly due to the fact that there is a huge distrust in the penny arena. Most stocks trade on PR that is nothing more than plans and dreams in order to line the pockets of the CEO and a few of his minions, so it comes across as unbelievable when a less than penny stock claims to actually be moving forward as a legitimate company with a real business plan.

And then to top it off, here’s a company claiming a business plan in THE most exciting sector around with a product that is equivalent to the picks & shovels that made people rich over 150 years ago during the gold rush.

That’s just too far fetched, right? Too good to be true, right?
A handful of people every day post solid intel on this project. There are literally hundreds of entries detailing the business model of Pyrotree and covering the current status of the marijuana industry and where it’s going.

It’s all right there for those who want to read it, but every day, another group of people sit on this board and some moan about the chill, others are distraught over what they see as fluff, some claim to know better than the company on what the stock structure is or even more arrogant, what the stock structure is going to be. Others see fit to post on the impending Reverse Split that is “inevitable”. Some like to claim this is going back to .0001 and eventually No Bid because the whole thing is a sham. Others are frustrated over “big sitters” and others never stop talking about a share buyback.

The answer to what’s really going on is right there in front of you and has been pieced together quite nicely by several on the board, but you have to look past the skepticism to see it.

It occurred to me this past weekend, that based on all of this, we needed more. We needed something tangible that would give those who want to believe in this company more certainty that they’re investment in NSAV is a good one. So I did the only thing I knew to do… I called and talked to one of the key players at Pyrotree…for an hour and a half and I want to share with you some of the highlights of the call…

Before I do though, let me start by saying that as of today, I could not be more convinced that my investment is sound and that this company WILL be at a penny sooner rather than later. Before you read this, you may want to quickly hop over to Etrade and buy yourself a couple more million shares.

I spoke with Billy Bateman, the primary programmer for Pyrotree. The first thing he let me know is that their team is extremely busy…so much so that he chose not to attend the recent board meeting in order to keep up with the demand.

I asked if he could give me some examples. He stated that the product has been in such demand that they sold six or seven systems to delivery services over the weekend at $2000+ per system and was working on a dispensary account while we were talking that was one of many valued at over $30K in revenue.

I asked if they had hired more people. The answer was that they had added two additional full time people to the team just since the acquisition announcement and needed to add more.

I didn’t quite grasp the concept of marijuana delivery services. I thought that marijuana was sold out of dispensaries, but apparently in California, the marijuana delivery business is huge. Billy told me that there were over 200 delivery services just in the 100 mile radius around their office.

I asked that he tell me more about the product and that’s where I just sat and listened for about 30 minutes. He was very passionate about what they’re doing and he outlined it just as JPS02, PayDirt!, perform4u and others have done on this board.

In a nutshell, these guys have gone and looked at rfid, inventory management, patient tracking, point of sale systems, etc. and have reverse engineered all of what’s currently taking place in the marijuana industry into an all-inclusive platform with incredible enhancements based on the feedback from existing dispensary and delivery clients. Webjoint is that product.

Billy did not come out and say this…he’s a programmer, so I don’t even think he even thinks about it, but these guys seem to be self-sufficient and don’t require a lot of operating capital from NSAV which is huge!

In addition, they have looked at the key marijuana directory sites, learned what they do well, and improved upon what they don’t do well and have put that into the Pinjoint business model which should be launched soon. They already have close to 3500 patients pre-registered.

These guys have created a soup to nuts, all inclusive “seed to sale” platform that is robust enough to support the biggest dispensary operations and flexible enough so that smaller dispensaries and delivery services can choose ala carte what best suits their business needs.

And for those that doubt that the acquisition is real, I asked him how he felt about being part of NSAV. He said that it’s very exciting and he’s glad to be a part of the company, but he’s not money driven. His goal in his own words was to play a key role in ensuring medical marijuana was legal in all 50 states and he felt that the platform that they’ve built would be instrumental in ensuring the decision makers across the various states were more comfortable in how everything would be tracked and accounted for.

I asked him how big he thought the company could become. He stated that the company is growing by leaps and bounds only within the small market in California where they operate. He stated that the CEO of Pyrotree is more in tune with the sales end of things and that David and Steven would be supporting the development of a sales team, commissioned sales people and resellers of the Pyrotree products across the country.

I’m 51, so I’ve been around the block a few times and I’m a pretty good judge of character. Billy is top notch. Listening to his background and his career track, he’s probably one of the more talented programmers in the country. If his teammates are anything like him (and the article on the CEO seems to indicate as much), this isn’t just a penny waiting to happen…this is a Nasdaq stock masquerading as a penny stock.

Does it matter at this point whether NSAV stumbled onto this business or whether they did extensive DD prior to the acquisition?

Not really. What matters is that all of this daily grinding non-issue discussions and negativity are turning people away from what might just be the investment opportunity of a lifetime!
