The U.K. deal is nothing but gravy. Any distributor would love to have accounts where all they do is load product into shipping containers and send it on its way for someone else to deal with.
The effort, time and money on this are trivial while allowing someone else to do the work of building a new distribution network..
Possibly for the entire European Continent.

It's a no brainer..
