Keep in mind, this is not a new document. It's dated February 2015 and was received by the SEC on March 18, 2015. I wonder how much money he's raised in the last 2-1/2 months? I'd guess ZERO!

Maybe they left a digit out of the offering price. Maybe they were supposed to be offering shares at .0008, not .008!
