Here is what you have to think about...ECIG gets 45 cents into their coffers when warrants are exercised.

1) Nobody will exercise them until PPS is above 45...FACT

2) I strongly doubt that the friendly lender will exercise a ton for a 4-5 cent profit, either.

* I see this situation as a positive as dilution will be controlled in a way that benefits both parties.
