I guess what you are calling the the 'promotion' was not received by all, as then they would know that it contained nothing other than a phone number to call. Bayport shareholders should contact the number given. They will answer all your open questions. I wonder why some did not get that notification. Hmmmmmmmm...BINGO!!!!
