Not that I'm ever right about these things, LOL. Just seemed dubious that they issued 38MM shares - if they did so at .10 that'd be only 3.8MM dollars - to build a state of the art facility. With no cash - and a facility that's not producing yet - seems like major dilution coming.

Not sure about the CRDM dilution thing. Nice call on that one though. Mad Money.
