It is indeed an audit , but audit for Dolomite reserves to get current market value that could go into 10Q. Not that CGRA is not uplisted to OTCQB hence auditing on financial report is not mandatory. However auditing the dolomite reserves would get them the deal to engage in more property buys to grow pot and do other things.
