Yeah I think the shell would be their instant equity and a huge % increase would follow...not to mention would be by far their cheapest way to go public if they wanted to.... with what appears to be their current, increasing sales, taking over the shell would probably move this back into the pennies and higher fast! Worth a lot to them and potential future investors...
