That is such bullshit, The OTC is littered with fake financials everyday. Un audited leaves an escape route for making a "Mistake". Also, enough with the Federal Prison for false or misleading financials and Pr's, happens everyday. White collar financial crime very rarely ends up in prison terms for the crooks.
It wont work as a justification of Merle signing off, cause he doesnt want to go to jail.
Time to face the facts, its the un-audited status that protects companies like this from getting SEC eyes on them. The SEC doesnt read every OTC filing that comes into the system. Far from it.
