Maybe he meant the ones waiting to hop aboard, or the ones who recently have.

If you have seen this a million times, why waste your time here? I think you see a glimmer of hope, though you rarely admit it. This stock has a history of skyrocketing quick. Its done it before. If news hits we all know it generates interest really quickly. These prices have been pretty settled. Its a very decent bet buying in at this price. All my opinion.
