Did you count all those 506 private placement shares he sold ? I wonder if they were all done at par .001. If so, just multiply then by 10, then add them to the OS. They won't actually show till they're converted. They might as well be counted now. I haven't taken the time to count them, but I know there was way more than 200 mil sold.
