Let's think about this logically, what is more beneficial to them with restricted shares getting the price to shoot up quick or to have a strong stable business with strong revenues and the price per-share goes up over The next couple years to come? They have a cash flow which is a major plus so they do not need to dilute any shares. They will not spend the money to put out a bunch of fluff PR's just to drive the share price.

I'm talking about liquid. Rich enough to have your own jet. Rich enough not to waste time. Fifty, a hundred million dollars, buddy. A player. Or nothing.
