Because dude theres a million notes that need to be converted for all these small time leases this company does!! Plus the AS is at 200 mil!! Plenty of room from .0065 to .0001 to dilute the rest followed by an increase in the near future if they haven't yet to a billion shares. See this happening very soon. They tried to let this run just now for Mms to recover some of there loses from 10cents. Which they did when they got over a couple million at .0042 n sold above .02 i been watchig L2 n this company closely. Waiting to jump in once we reach new lows for a starter position
