Please help us shareholders have an understanding of what is going on
with the company. To say that the investment community is terrified
would be putting it mildly considering basically every investor has
jumped ship and is running as far away as they can. There are
financials that were due that have not been addressed and many things
that were supposedly in the works for LIG Assets that were supposed to
have been brought up to investors over the last 2 months... Instead
the sounds of crickets are now being drowned out by the sounds of
tears from investors; SILENCE IS DEADLY IN THIS MARKET. Please let me
know when the shareholders can expect some sort of news or when the
financials will be filed because patience is running thin. LIG Assets
owes it to the shareholders and the shareholders deserve better than
what LIG Assets has been providing. It is time to step up to the plate
and show the shareholders that the company cares and is progressing as
planned, or, if it is falling apart we deserve to know that as well. I
am a substantial holder in LIG Assets and can assure you that I will
be forced to let my shares go as well soon because the silence is not
acceptable for this amount of time to me; at some point the company
needs to step up for us shareholders. I appreciate a reply back as
soon as possible and thank you in advance for your consideration.

Then I got this reply:


The 2014 year-end financial statements have been posted to the OTC Markets website, and the company expects to post the quarterly financials for the 1st quarter of 2015 in the near term.

Operations news is anticipated after the quarterly financials are posted - obviously depending on events occurring that are newsworthy. Interim management does expect events of importance to shareholders and the public market audience to be announced in the 2nd quarter.
