I am SERIOUSLY disappointed with the SEC!

I have TWICE reported CTTC for being late with it's 10-K!

And the only result? Here we are now THIRTY FOUR DAYS after the expiration ot the "grace period" for filing, and CTTC STILL hasn't filed a 10-K!

Come on SEC! WAKE UP! I know CTTC's a worthless, dink, pile of dog doo not worth the energy required to hit "delete" on your keyboard, but just a LITTLE effort for investors would be appreciated!
