a delinquent filer that popped on nothing but air and a foul mouthed tweeter...I think some entertainment is ahead. 
It is also a remarkably interesting situation. As a delinquent filer the dilution comes to a stop but many notes go into default...but the moment they become current then conversions can resume...how that plays out is going to be interesting.
