Here we go once again. 67 MILLION shares trade in a single day and the pps remains PRECISELY at .0001. Whiz, you know full well the pps CANNOT rise due to the nature of the debentures.

IMSO, you are playing off the new uninformed daytraders who've just arrived on the board, with one of two agendas (perhaps both):

A) To accelerate the volume to reach our next r/s more rapidly in order to short the stock.

B) You may be hopeful the volume will somehow allow the pps to reach even .0002 in order to sell at anything better than .0001.

We have been through this multiple times. These newbies here are unaware of how the debentures affect the stock inversely.

The laws of Supply and Demand DO NOT apply to Neom. YA will convert their debentures into Common stock and flood the market with those shares to meet any and all demand. The pps WILL NOT rise so much as .0001...and you are well aware. Shame on you. No excuses.

Here we go...another 1 to 1.5 BILLION shares about to be diluted as a result of our newest daytraders. The O/S should reach in excess of 5.5 BILLION within the next several weeks.

For the benefit of the newbies on this board, the last time the trumpet sounded the O/S was approximately 30 Million. In the three months that followed, the O/S reached 3.5 "BILLION" shares.

Our next r/s is approaching....
