I agree dude, they need to do a better job of releasing guidance though, and I was not pleased to see the Homeland Security cuts to local and state law enforcements that might eat into potential profits. Its budget time here in DC - I work at DHS. Im not an insider per se but sometimes news trickles down. China is our best bet for a jump, what about the other plant they were building? I may be wishful thinking or revisionist memory but my cost point is .51 so right now Im chasing, again....
