Technically, upper bollie is waiting at .004 and RSI at 52.93...way oversold here in UPAC.....and imo ARTIFICIALLY BROUGHT DOWN ON LOW VOLUME....The trader(s) tried to manipulate the chart for re-entry in my opinion or someone had some shares from much lower levels and needed the money...one of the other happenend, probably the latter...As everyone knows this stock moves so easily its really quite rewarding to see on L2...The manipulator/trader took it down from .0039 to .0019 on less than 11M shares.
