It's the fixed price offerings imo. It never works out well for otc companies. Investors don't want in because they know the market price will b at the offering price by the time they can sell...

This company really blew it imo. Management isn't aggressive enough.

Imagine if they could have raised 10% of their market cap when they were worth billions of dollars... We would b on the Nasdaq with a real management team, not on the otc doing stupid fixed offerings...
