Again, a reverse split in itself sounds terrible(especially a 1:12). It by itself is a net zero gain or loss. Perception of a reverse split is very negative. I'd be interested in finding out the revenues Cryoport had vs market cap during the last reverse...I'm betting revenues were near zero with no growth in site. Appears to be a very different situation this time, how it turns out nobody knows, but growth has been coming around nicely.

Seriously just hope this reverse split and huge money raise is needed and not just a give away to some favored/large investors, as I'm questioning since they just increased their Class B issued/authorized they must have raised close to 5 or 6 million bucks, so why the need for this $15m/massive dilution in one fell swoop?

Many think management is 'friendly' to shareholders because they put their own money up in times of need...do we know what all the terms of their deals were? And if they hadn't put the money up, would they be out of a job??? I'm now less convinced that management is 'shareholder friendly'.
