", i also think there will be a lawsuit"

I doubt it... total breach of contract. then there is the issue of what do they get for the cost of a law suit? From many statements made here is there anything to get? I don't think either party as it stands today gains a thing from a suit. That pr is IMO sabre rattling. Nothing more nothing less.

"so, i guess we shall see."

I guess we will at that so any speculation at this point until such a decision is made it will be just that...speculation. Looks like USPR is prepared itself and shareholders to fight... so they have told RTC we will pay to fight.... now will RTC be prepared to pay? and to get what out of it considering they did breach the contract and also NO FACTORY. Lot's of expenses to incur on their part for what appears to be their fault... that money was due jan 31st. It never showed up... now lets see if they have the bucks to call out an attorney at 500.00 (min per hr) and that's a mid level attorney at that. So Uspr in essence/IMO has declared.."bring it" we'll fight.

" yet another director resigns. wonder why so many are leaving???"

This really is a no brainer move. He is part of RTC and if he remained besides being highly awkward and highly unusual it would also be a huge conflict of interest. RTC is out... so should all affiliations and business associations to include this director.
