Theres no reason why it should at this point. Its just a proposed bill.

This is in a downward spirl. Nothing we can do. Hold it or sell.

We were used to finance the future. There is no love for the current shareholders.
If there was they would be announcing sales, contracts and increased rev projections ( im sure they have some of this). They choose not too . They really must enjoy releasing PRs on patents and CBD .. getting new excited investors to jump in the pool.. then holding their heads under water.
