Nobody wants to buy because they've diluted like crazy and have over 1.5 billion shares and will no doubt do another massive reverse split in the near future. They're in all kinds of financing agreements and have settlements where they are going to have to issue a lot of stock too, so most likely after they have their reverse split they will dilute like crazy again. The last reverse split was in July of 2014. After that they had less than 30,000 shares outstanding. Now it's over 1.5 billion. My guess is we will see them do it again. They talk big, but this company makes barely any money, spends way more than it makes, and owes millions on judgments they've never paid a dime on.
