Hey Guys, new to the Board...

I have been reading this board from time to time and thought I would say hi and share my latest conversation with Frank Neukomm.

I own my shares at an average of 33 cents and I have been testing my patience like the rest of you.

After a few attempts, I reached Frank today and as usual he was very eager to talk and share what information he could.

These are not exact quotes and I am dropping in some info from previous conversations with both Frank and Bob Farr....

----------------------------------------
Q: Frank, why are you not releasing more information to your dedicated shareholders.

A: Well, we don't really have anything to share at the moment other than what we have announced in PRS and filings. We are not like many OTC stocks that are going to put out FLUFF PRs just for the heck of it.

-----------------------------------------
Q: Well what about my portfolio? It's down close to 50% on ARSC and I am seeing a constant degredation in the price.

A: Imagine how I feel! Remember that the pricipals are paid in stock and not cash. We see tremendous upside in this stock and in the short term we are not focused so much on the stock price as much as building our technology. We are keeping our eye on the 2 to 3 year prospect of very signifigant returns.

Also, there are a lot of people buying our stock looking for a faster trade and selling right now for better short term prospects...

------------------------------------------
Q: How do you see the company progressing in the future?

A: Number one we have to patent our technology which has been filed, seven patents to be exact, and more patents are in the pipeline.

Second we need certification, but that will not delay us from selling units. The UL certification allows us to sell to parties that cannot be sold to without it. (I assume that means military, government, power companies... and not the general public and small businesses.) They have been pretesting the HydraStax just like the UL will do so they can insure it will perform flawlessly when presented.

Next we are going to be ready to ship units in the next 90 to 120 days. (That is where I really perked up! Guys, this means revenue and exposure.) Frank says that he expects this to be the time where we will see the first relevant price increase. 3rd quarter filings for 2006 should look really nice and be the launchpad.

Next he and Bob want to see ARSC move to another exchange this year like AMEX or Archpelago. (That means a share price in the dollar range to meet criteria.) They are also looking for other technologies to acquire that compliment the current technology or National Security.

From there, Frank sees in the next 3 years the sale of the company to a major player. (When telling me this his voice really got excited.) This is where he says they will really score for the shareholders becuase he and Bob will be swinging for a homerun. (Remember that he and Bob are being paid in shares...) This sale could mean an enormous cash payout.

--------------------------------------------

Q: What happened to the sales video I watched several months ago that was the primary reason for my initial investment?

A: We felt the video gave away to much of our business plan that we did not want to make available to potential competiton so we pulled it.

--------------------------------------------

My discussions with Bob and Frank have been over about 5 calls in the last 3 months. I highly recommend that you call them yourselves and ask your questions. They are always excited to hear from me and thats knowing that I am usually calling to whine a bit about the price... Be sure to call towards the end of the day to catch them on the phone.

I like that they do not hype their technology, it is in the fastest growing sector in the market, ENERGY. We have a real company unlike the large number of pump and dump shells on the OTC that I make my living trading. They need our patience to build the technology and we need to take advantage of the discounted price at this level.

Go back and look at the most recent filings and see what the investors in the private placements have been paying!!!! At 19 cents we are golden and should be loading the boat. I am buying a few hundred dollars each week and have lowered my average from .40 to .33.

In conclusion, I passed up on the IPO of Nextel years ago at about this same price because I did not have the patience to tie up my money. I will not make that mistake again....

I expect the share price to be a dollar by the end of the year and 3 to 5 in 36 months with prospects of a buyout.

Success to all and thanks for your time to read my ranting.
