this is nothing more than a market maker getting orders from a broker or investor to buy or sell a position. they do it through out the day or a few days. then once they are done they transfer the shares bought or sold to the client. this transfer can be done during market hours, after market hours or pre market hours the next day. bc the shares are actually transferred from the market maker to the client it has to legally be printed. we all know that the convertible notes hit thursday and friday. so this has to be a sale. thats why the trade was done pre market at .0085. obviously the average sale price on friday was below the current price and thats how the mechanics of it works. the good news is these are shores that were already sold into the market and we do not have to worry about them any further.
i had a big post yesterday so i have nothing further to write. just trying to provide info for people to make informed decisions
everyone have a great day
