was the democratically elected leader of Iran. He was anti-communist (Soviets), pro-Westerm, ali of America, ali of Britain, and beleived women should be educated. His mistake? He Nationalized the British Petroleum (BP) oil fields. We along with the Brits had him over-thrown bringing in the Shaw who brutalized the Iranian people. Then the Ayatollahs took over. Less brutal but big time anti-American. Saddam was brought in to be a counter ballance to the mess we created in Iran.

And you all thought they just woke up one day and decided to hate Amerika. Not quite how it happened.
