You read the documents. Whittal wants to partner with our management to further the development of the OHI parcel. And Management wants to do it too..... they just want to dump the "outside shareholders" first.

Just like they did with the Square parcel and before that the Las Vegas property. It's Déjà vu all over again and again.

I have no humble opinions, but I do have opinions and those are what I express in my posts. BUT...I have been wrong before and likely will be wrong again so do your own research and don't blame me if you are too lazy to do so.
