Double bottom is noteworthy. However, as with virtually all penny stocks -- in particular penny stocks that trade primarily based upon technicals -- we need news or some other catalyst in order to bounce off this bottom. Without it, this double bottom will be even more prolonged than it already has been. In addition, if the news/catalyst is not truly material, then it will be quickly sold off and we will find ourselves at a triple bottom. Of course, that may not be a bad thing as, depending on the liquidity, this could provide an opportunity for traders to scalp as well as speculative longs to further de-risk their holdings...
