Boatlife, there are two companies that beat them to the punch? So the FDA approves more than one company that has a similar medical device....follow me here. Now, AMIC has a device that is more unique then either of them. Are you saying the FDA won't approve it because it has a product similar to two other companies?

Your logic is flawed. First you say FDA will only approve one company with a device that is substantially equivalent to another. But then you say, there are two companies that already have this product on the market. Think real deeply about what you just posted.

No wait, I won't play mind games. I'll answer for you--the FDA allows multiple different companies to put similar products on the market. And none of the three you are referring to are exactly the same. Especially, AMIC Radiogel- Y-90. That's how it got its patent bro.
