"(Other OTC:PBLS.PK - News) today announced that it has entered into a binding letter of intent to acquire eighty percent (80%) of the outstanding shares of United Soils, Inc. and its sister company, Earth Products, Inc., with the closing anticipated to be on or about June 2, 2006."

Think they will announce closing of this deal by Friday. IMO
