I highly doubt any positive PR. Why? Because of the legal scrutiny now on them. Even if they do release a PR, any meaningful bid will be mercilessly dumped into..... No bid.

Here's the lesson..... Any ticker with a recent significant R/S (1-100 or more. VTEQ 1-1000, February 2015) & the A/S is a ridiculous # like 10B A/S, like this ONE, use extreme caution. If you LQQK up & you missed a run the day before, just watch it the next day & see if they don't dump all over retail, erasing recent highs, & making lower lows.
